Food

Since the beginning of humanity, food has been not only a basic necessity but also the key carrier of health, safety, and culture. Every product that reaches the table directly impacts people’s quality of life; therefore, in the food sector, reliability, quality, and sustainability emerge as vital responsibilities. Today’s consumers demand products that are not only nutritious but also natural, hygienic, and environmentally conscious.

Drawing strength from its food journey that began in Kars in 1965, NZR Group is today one of the most established producers in the sector. With modern facilities, an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons, and a strong supply network, it delivers high-standard products to millions of consumers. Since its foundation, NZR Group has placed the principles of naturalness, quality, and safety at the center of its operations, positioning itself as a reliable brand in both Turkey and international markets.

NZR Group’s story in food originates from the fertile lands of Kars and its long-established dairy tradition. The region’s famous kashkaval and gruyère cheeses, made from milk obtained from animals fed on fresh greens, have added flavor to tables for generations. We combine this natural richness with a modern production approach, offering consumers both traditional flavors and products with high hygiene standards.

The natural milk from Kars’ plateaus is processed in our state-of-the-art facilities into value-added products. At every stage of production, strict hygiene rules are followed and environmentally conscious methods are applied. From raw material selection to packaging, logistics, and final consumption, our processes are managed in a fully transparent and traceable manner.

This approach is also certified at an international level. Our ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, and IFS food safety standards demonstrate our commitment to quality. Additionally, Halal and Kosher certifications obtained for our product groups reinforce trust among consumers across different cultures and geographies.
